Welcome to LensPond. By accessing or using our website, services, or membership platform (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Memberships and billing

Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Charges are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorize LensPond to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

3. No refunds policy

All purchases made on LensPond are final and non-refundable. Once a membership, subscription, or other paid product or service has been purchased, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: unused membership time, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the Service, change of mind, failure to use the Service, or cancellation by the member.

If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to its free or inactive state. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining time.

This no-refund policy applies to all transactions and is a material condition of using the Service. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made.

5. User content and ownership

You retain full ownership and copyright of all images, videos, and other materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant LensPond a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your work within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting your profile.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the Service to harass other members. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensPond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
